Orange Jets is one of the founding members of the recently official established DBAA - the Dutch Business Aviation Association.
Business Aviation is vital and connects people, companies and the Netherlands to the world.
The recently established Dutch Business Aviation Association (DBAA) is now the central point of contact in the business aviation sector in the Netherlands for policymakers, business leaders and other stakeholders. Its aim is to promote and defend the interests of national and international companies operating in the business aviation sector within the Netherlands.
Business Aviation is of vital economic importance and connects people, companies and the Netherlands to the world. The DBAA represents companies such as aircraft brokers, operators, corporate aviation, ambulance/medical flights, maintenance companies (MRO), and aircraft finance companies. It also represents other service providers in the aviation industry, including catering companies and FBOs. The DBAA aims to take into consideration the interests of closely-related General Aviation (GA) partners in its activities.
Positive future business aviation
The DBAA strongly believes in a viable future for business aviation, one that creates value for society, and which remains a relevant mode of transport through innovation and sustainability measures. The DBAA supports decentralised air traffic and its infrastructure, as well as the emergence of hub and spoke airports, along with the use of sustainable aircraft such as eVTOLs, and other means of innovative, sustainable and efficient air travel. The DBAA actively supports and promotes solutions to improve the industry’s environmental performance and thus contribute to society’s shared environmental goals.
